Delete account

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address (or note the phone number) you used to sign up for Bauvesta.
2. Submit the form below to open an email to privacy@bauvesta.com, or write to that address yourself with the subject “Account deletion request”.
3. We verify the request against your account, then delete your account and associated data.

Requests are usually completed within 30 days. We may contact you if we need to confirm ownership of the account.

What we delete

• Your account profile (email, name, phone, and sign-in identifiers)
• Saved addresses and wishlist items tied to your account
• App preferences and device registration tokens tied to you
• Cart and account-linked shopping preferences (where applicable)

What we may retain

• Records we must keep under applicable law (for example tax, fraud, security, or dispute-related logs), for only as long as required
• Order and payment records needed for accounting or legal compliance, retained without unnecessary personal identifiers where possible
• Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
